About cancellation and return

For general customers: Patients can cancel the appointment with the doctors before the consultation is completed. After the consultation is completed, Patients cannot cancel the appointment and liable to pay the consultation fees.

For Businesses (Medical Institutions): Cancellation can be made anytime before the date of the subscription end date by clicking “End Subscription” button on the subscription page or writing to us on support@sugoimed.com We don’t accept refund requests once the service is purchased
